Terms of use

The terms governing access to the official Sei Wallet website and desktop application.

Effective: July 19, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing seiwallet.io or using Sei Wallet, you agree to these Terms of Use. Do not use the service if you do not agree to these terms or cannot legally enter into them.

2. Self-custody

Sei Wallet is a self-custody interface. You control your accounts, recovery material and transaction approvals. Sei Wallet cannot recover a lost recovery phrase, reverse a blockchain transaction or restore access to an account that you no longer control.

3. Transaction responsibility

You are responsible for checking the network, destination address, asset, amount, fee and smart-contract request before signing. Blockchain transactions may be irreversible after broadcast.

4. No financial advice

Balances, prices, token information, network data and educational content are provided for informational purposes. They do not constitute financial, investment, legal or tax advice.

5. Networks and external services

Sei Wallet interacts with public blockchain networks and may link to explorers, applications, bridges and data providers. Those services operate independently and remain subject to their own terms, availability and security practices.

6. Acceptable use

You may not use Sei Wallet to violate applicable law, interfere with the service, distribute malicious software, misrepresent affiliation, compromise another person, or obtain unauthorized access to systems or accounts.

7. Intellectual property

The Sei Wallet name, site design, original content and software materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and marks belong to their respective owners and do not imply endorsement.

8. Availability and risk

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law. Blockchain congestion, software faults, device compromise, third-party failures and regulatory changes can cause loss or interruption.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sei Wallet is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from user error, lost credentials, external applications, digital assets or public blockchain operation.

10. Changes and contact

The effective date identifies the current version of these terms. Material changes appear on this page. Questions about these terms may be sent to support@seiwallet.io.
