Security
The principles, workflows and checks behind a wallet you can read at a glance.
You hold the keys. Sei Wallet is a UI and routing surface — it cannot move funds without your local signature.
Keys are generated, encrypted and stored on your device. They are never transmitted to a server we control.
Your recovery phrase is shown once during setup. Write it down, store it offline, and never paste it into a website.
When using a hardware signer, private keys remain on the device. Sei Wallet surfaces the request for on-device confirmation.
Every signing prompt shows method, recipient, asset flow, chain and fee. Read every field before approving.
Always confirm the domain. Never enter your recovery phrase on any website. Be skeptical of urgent prompts.
Download verification
Official installers use SHA-256 integrity checks and OpenPGP signatures. Confirm that both values match the exact file before opening any installer.
