1. Scope
This policy applies to seiwallet.io and the Sei Wallet desktop application. It explains the information processed when you visit the website, use the application or contact official support.
2. Self-custody data
Sei Wallet is self-custodial. Private keys, recovery phrases and signing credentials remain under your control on your device. These secrets are not transmitted to seiwallet.io or requested by Sei Wallet support.
3. Information processed
The website processes standard technical requests required to deliver pages and protect the service, including IP address, request time, browser information and security events recorded by the hosting provider. Messages sent to an official email address contain the information that you choose to provide.
4. Local browser storage
The website stores essential preferences locally in your browser, including the cookie notice choice. Temporary market-data status may use session storage and expires with the browsing session. The current website does not use advertising trackers or analytics cookies.
5. Blockchain and market data
Public blockchain activity is visible on the Sei network independently of Sei Wallet. Market information displayed by the website is obtained from external data providers. Requests to those providers are governed by their own privacy practices.
6. Sharing and retention
Sei Wallet does not sell personal data or build advertising profiles. Information is shared only with infrastructure providers that operate the service, when required by law, or when necessary to protect users and the service. Support correspondence and security records are retained only for operational, legal and security needs.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to the processing of personal information. Requests are assessed under the applicable law and may require identity verification.
